Very comfortable. Stitched on the outside, thick padding on heel of hand, and has both zipper and velcro. Has a loop stitched into the glove which I imagine it makes them easier to pull on when they're soaked. Perforations are on palm and bottom of fingers, not on the side like other lighter gloves I own, and a bit looser than other XXL gloves I've bought, so you might want to order 2 sizes and return one. The touch screen ability works. Nice gloves, though I'll wear something a bit more substantial in the non-summer months.
