I am 5'10" tall, 200 lbs; 44 inch chest, 36 inch waist I love the G@ Back Protectors. I uy one for every Dainese Jacket that I own. It's soft, breathes well and mves with me on the bike. The ventilation of the unit is also top notch with the open honeycomb pattern that it has. I wear a size 56 in all of my Dainese Jackets, so that's the size f0r me. They are easily switchable from jacket to jacket, but I prefer each jacket to have its own protector. That way, if someone calls me for a quick impromptu ride, I can be ready to go in 5 minutes without having to worry about switching out back protection. Peace, Brian J
