I have several pairs of armored moto pants, these actually look like you are wearing a pair of Carhartt style work pants and you can blend in with the normal society off the bike. If you are looking for a pair of casual but protective moto pants that won't make you stick out in a crowd or will allow you to walk unnoticed among the masses of mindless cagers, then this is a good choice. All day comfort. Knee armor can be removed and replaced easily for walking around off the bike if you desire. I wear a size 36 Wrangler jean, ordered these in size 36 and they fit about the same as my jeans, maybe a little more room in the waist. The legs are cut in a relaxed fit so they feel loose all the way down. I had no problems wearing them over the top of my riding boots. Knee armor it velcro adjustable up and down the front of your leg with about 1" of side to side adjustment too. Hip armor sits in a mesh pockets and are not noticeable or obtrusive. I believe the material is Cordura to prevent shredding in a slide. It is a bit lighter and easier to wear than the Cordura material on my KLIM Switchback pants, those pants make a 'swish' sound when I walk, these Outrider pants do not. Nice deep pockets. Cellphone pocket on the left leg is good and deep. Wallet pocket on the rear has a flap and snap. Front right has a coin pocket as well as practical and deep slash front pockets on the front left and right. Rear left is a traditional patch pocket. I did get a broken KLIM hanger with the pants. Spend upwards of $135 for a pair of pants and the cheap plastic hangar arrives broken from the factory. Other than that, this is a great pair of moto casual moto pants. I've yet to find anything made by KLIM that I can complain about. Compared to the other brands I own (Oxford/Bull-it, First Gear, Rev'it) the KLIM stuff costs a bundle but is well made, has added design features the other's don't always include, is comfortable and protective. What more could I want?
