I've put 5000 miles on my Summer Elete 2 gloves so far, and they are great. My initial concern about a leather warm weather glove being too hot was unfounded; the pinhole size venting holes do a great job letting them breath. Quality is supurb. The thinner hide is very comfortable to wear- no need to take them off at fuel stops. Not looking forward to the return of cooler weather gloves. The velcro closure is holding up well. They have gotten soaked on several rides, but dry fast for leather and are now even more comfortable. The black die will get transfered to your hands when wet, resulting in the knuckles of the gloves fading to their natural brownish hue, but black shoe polish restored the color.
