wanted a cool weather jacket, wasn't sure what to get asked "apparel help" for help in deciding between 3 jackets got good advice from Aaron and settled on the First Gear Jaunt 2. It is better than expected, got an extra large (46 1/2 chest, 38 waist) fits really well but a tad long (or I'm too short). I like the hook and loop sleeve closures better than the zippers on my other jacket-you can get the sleeves just right for your gloves to fit over. Only a couple hundred miles in it so far but it is great-44 degrees to 80 degrees-perfect. I'm thinking it will be a little too warm much over 80. I also think it will handle freezing and a bit below (I won't). Very air tight-no draftiness at all unless you want it and then just open the vents, easy to reach, big pulls on the zippers. Looks like good quality, nice seams and stitching, great zippers and it does flow good air at speed when it's 75 or 80 degrees. I plan on a First Gear mesh for my next summer jacket, this one is made that well.
