I finally gave this helmet a good workout in October, when I wore it on a 400+ mile ride through the Davis Mtns and down to the Mexican border. The fit is excellent, and there were no pressure points that made me sore or uncomfortable. The sound protection is about average, but when open, the chin vent whistled from the wind on my FZ1; this may not be a problem on other bikes. I've always liked Shoei off-road helmets, but this is the first street model I have owned. A great "hat" at a great price. Thanks!
