We offer free ground shipping… either UPS, FedEx or USPS depending upon weight and location of the item(s) for all orders with merchandise totaling $89 or more, to anywhere in the contiguous United States. And yes, closeouts are included! (Oversize/specially noted products may be excluded from the free shipping offer; Orders with multiple items for try-on may incur deductions for shipping if returned).

- Choose the default “FREE” shipping method

Our Returns/Exchanges are Truly “No Hassle”
Doesn’t fit? Want something else? No problem. You can return whatever you like without restocking fees… even on closeouts! Orders for merchandise in exchange for your return are also shipped under our “free shipping over $89” promotion. Customers can cross ship too. For US customers, we even offer flat-rate shipping labels for your convenience for only $8.99. (view details, return labels for multiple items for try-on may be higher)
Note: Products being returned must be in new, unused condition with factory tags and packaging (basically we are asking that you return products in the same condition as when they were received). We cannot issue refunds or credit for products without the original tags and packaging. Please don’t use factory boxes for shipping back helmets, boots, etc. Place all return items inside shipping boxes. Re-bag helmets in the cloth protective bag to prevent scuffing.
Shipping Discounts to Canada, APO/FPO and Other World Locations on Orders Over $89
We sell a lot of products outside the US and we’ve made it even more affordable to ship. Enter your world location at the first step in the checkout process and you will see a discounted shipping option. The discount is based upon the savings our customers in the US enjoy with the free shipping promotion.
Returns from Outside the US? Sure, our returns process is automated for non-US customers too. Customers are responsible for return shipping, but the same discounted shipping applies to the cost of shipping your exchange merchandise which saves you money.
NOTE: If you are ordering multiple items that include both Same Day! items and 3-5 Day items and have selected Free Shipping, we will possibly consolidate the order into one shipment. This means items that show Same Day! might be held or converted into 3-5 Day items and shipped in one package when we receive all the items in our Texas warehouse.
